Mr. Umberto Quadrino, Chief Executive Officer,   Edison S.p.A.
 
Umberto Quadrino is the Chief Executive Officer of Edison SpA of Electricité de France since April 19, 2005. Mr. Quadrino started his career with the Union of Industrialists in Turin. He joined the FIAT Group in 1970 with various responsibilities as Director of Administration and Control and then Chairman of its subsidiaries. In 1996, he served as Managing Director for New Holland before rejoining FIAT in 2000 with responsibility for various sectors. Mr. Quadrino served as the Chairman of Teksid S.p.A. He served as the Chairman of Edison SpA. until October 28, 2005 and serves as its Director. He serves as a Director at Edipower SpA. He serves as a Director of Italenergia Bis SpA and Tecnimont SpA. He served as a Director of Teksid S.p.A. and A2A SpA. Mr. Quadrino served as a Director of Rcs Mediagroup SPA and Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. He is a Graduate of the faculty of Economics.
