Selahattin Hakman is President of the Energy Group of Sabancı Holding, a leading Turkish holding company.

 

Mr. Hakman began his career at Siemens AG Germany in 1980, moving in 1984 to the company’s Turkish subsidiary, Siemens A.S. There he worked as the Director of the Power Generation Group for 12 years and Director of the Communication Systems Group for 2 years. Mr. Hakman departed Siemens in 2006, joining Sabancı Holding as President of the Energy Group.

 

Mr. Hakman graduated from Karlsruhe Technical University, Karlsruhe, Germany as an Electrical Engineer (MSc).
