Mr. Edward C. Chow, Senior Fellow, Energy and National Security Program, CSIS

 
Mr. Edward C. Chow is a senior fellow in the energy and national security program of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington DC. He has more than 30 years of international petroleum industry experience; advising governments, international financial institutions, and multinational corporations on policy, business and negotiation strategies. Mr. Chow specializes in oil and gas investments in emerging economies. Prior to establishing his own consulting practice, he worked for 20 years in Chevron Corporation’s worldwide oil and gas business. He also teaches part-time at the George Washington University.
