Media and Press Regulations: Atlantic Council’s Black Sea Energy and Economic Forum
General Guidelines:
All reporting press, photographers, and technical staff must be accredited by the Atlantic Council. No on-site accreditation will be granted, and only confirmed press will be admitted. All members of the media must check in at the press desk at the hotel and receive press badges. Press badges must be worn throughout the conference.
Reporting press and staff are not required to pay Forum participation fees. However, all visas, transportation to and from Istanbul, transportation between the airport and the hotel, and accommodations are solely the responsibility of the attending press and staff. Casual business attire is appropriate throughout the conference. Please note that English is the official language of the Forum.
Failure to abide by the guidelines in this document may result in the loss of accreditation for the conference, as well as future Atlantic Council events.
Citation and Acknowledgement Policy:
The Black Sea Energy and Economic Forum is an on-the-record conference. However, the organizers reserve the right to restrict attendance to certain meetings convened on an ad hoc basis. Furthermore, access to certain participants may not be available or may be limited to specific organizations.
The organizers request that the full name of the “Atlantic Council’s Black Sea Energy and Economic Forum” be cited in all reports related to its activities, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, interviews, and photographs.
